The Nock Skinex QS 98 Fish Skinner is a highly versatile fish skinning machine designed for excellent skinning quality and efficiency for a variety of fish species. The QS 98 Nock Fish Skinning Machine features double conveyor lanes combined with a spring-suspended divided pressure roller made of polyamide for gentle processing, easy handling and long durability.

The QS 98 Fish Skinner also features a modified skinning unit precision engineered for effectively skinning soft products like white fish, redfish and other fish species. The Skinning Machine is also the ideal choice for silver skinning salmon using a blunt blade to remove the skin and ensure maximum yield.

The Fish Skinning Machine features Nock unique S technology, with a smooth, fine-toothed transport roller working in combination with a dynamic uniflow cleaning roller manufactured from high grade stainless-steel, ensuring excellent hygiene throughout the operation. The Fish Skinner also includes a water cleaning unit to effectively clear any residue or scale build-up on the machine for a continuously clean and efficient skinning operation.
