Featuring an intuitive design and simple controls, the Veserkal Weight Controller is the ideal solution for quickly and accurately measuring the weight of a wide range of products such as loose fruit and vegetables or slices of meat.
The weight control system is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel for excellent durability and features a robust weight plate combined with a system of coloured lights to efficiently achieve the desired weight. The light system can be easily interpreted by the operator to quickly make any required changes to attain the optimal weight of the product, dramatically improving product consistency and efficiency over manual weight checking.
The Veserkal Weight Controller can be configured to a uniform weight for the desired product and rapidly inform an operator how many units must be removed or added to the tray to achieve the required weight.
The red light indicates that several more units must be added.
The orange light indicates that only one more unit must be added.
The blue light indicates that one unit must be removed. The white light indicates that several units must be removed.
The green light displays when the product is at the desired weight.
