The Veserkal Automatic Interleaver System is the ideal paper dispensing solution offering high performance and efficiency to meet the new demands of production lines. Manufactured with high grade AISI 304 stainless steel the machine unique mechanism offers high speed and precision placement of interleavers for burgers, filleted meat and a variety of other products.
The paper dispenser receives the product from an input line, where a cord conveyor picks up the product and moves it to the dispensing unit. The interleaver film is then automatically placed under the product with high speed and precision before loading on to a second cord conveyor that takes it to the output.
The paper dispenser is highly versatile and can be adapted to the specific production requirements of each production line. The interleaver paper roll can be easily changed and replaced while all the essential parts of the machine can be quickly removed for efficient cleaning.
